Sahara Pizza is by far the tastiest pizza in the Monroe area you can get by delivery. They stock all the regular varieties of pizza as well as some more unique choices. Some of the pizzas even use a white sauce in lieu of the more standard tomato sauce. What really makes the pizzas great though is the cheese. Immediately when you bite into a slice you can notice the difference in the quality of the cheeses used in comparison to other pizza joints like Domino's.
The downside however is the delivery service leaves much to be desired. The delivery drivers seems woefully inept at finding your house which often leads to a luke-warm pizza being delivery an hour after the order being placed.
Overall, Sahara is a great pizza joint if you don't mind eating in or picking up. I recommend calling it in on your way home if you plan on getting some for home.
