The Medicine Shoppe is located on the east side of town, conveniently located across from the hospital. A couple years ago, it changed hands, but it is still the only locally owned and operated pharmacy in town. And the service is still good. You can get prescriptions, wheelchairs, etc. You would have to check and see if it accepts your insurance. One drawback is that it closes early in the evenings--6 p.m., I think.
