I called to find out on mortgage rates over the phone . well it wasn;t the best thing to ask. they made it sound as if I wasn;t going to be doing business with them for I only wanted rates .. little did they know I was asking for the best rates so I might be able to apply for the loan with there company ..So I went elsewhere and got a nice loan .
