If you just need to make a quick stop to pick up a staple item, like tissues or bread or milk or toothpaste, Ahart's Market is sufficient. But I wouldn't recommend it as your source to stock your kitchen or home. The produce isn't as fresh or varied as nearby chain supermarkets. Likewise, the selection in virtually every department is more limited than the chain supermarkets. And their prices aren't very competitive either.
