Our stay around December 10th included the breakfast with Santa and we were very happy. We understood the Santa had to arrive a little late, but he was excellent with all the children and very jovial. Our entire stay was above average and anything we asked of the staff was handled with speed and great customer service.
The kids LOVED the waterpark and arcade and are already asking us to return.
