Unkh's has pretty good sushi in a traditional Japanese setting. There is a room that you have to take your shoes off to enter and you sit indian-style on cushy mats while you eat.
They have a wide variety of sushi and japanese entrees. It's never very busy, but the fish is always fresh. The waitstaff is competent.
No cell phones. If your phone rings, the chef will usually come out and scold you. Don't let him scare you, though... he's generally a friendly guy/
