this is a great "townie" bar in the middle of the Cape May Shopping district. The regulars keep their mugs hanging from the ceiling, when they die, the mugs are turned to face the ocean but remain forever....
This is a typical bar type place with a sandwich type menu. Service is ok. On a nice day, you can eat outside, but inside it is very dingy and a little dark. I recommend the clam chowder, burgers and fries and do not recommend the crab cake or anything too fancy..
There is a dj, karaoke or occasionally live music at night and that is when the place gets crazy and a lot of fun. This is a beach bar with alot of regulars and alot of fun...
