When our vehicle was in the shop for extensive repairs, we were offered a loaner vehicle which Westway Ford wanted us to purchase. Several days later, we received a voice mail from general manager Larry Taylor stating they conducted a criminal background check. He then began to intimidate us to do what he wanted or he would report the loaner car stolen. These guys are insane! We laughed in his face then went to pick up our vehicle. We will definately be making our Ford purchases elsewhere.
