This is a small but reasonably high quality Indian grocery and to our knowledge, the only one in Birmingham. They have a whole lot of spices and imported foods. They have grains. For us who are not used to actually preparing Indian food, the great attraction is a superb array of rentable and purchasable Indian Bollywood videos in a variety of languages including English. The staff know the films and can guide you to the good ones to watch. The price was just a few dollars for each video. Although most are VHS they have an incipient and developing DVD collection. Overall this is a good place to shop and learn about Indian food and culture.
