What a true asset to the Valley. Monique's is beautiful on the outside and the inside. The atmosphere, friendliness and care was the best. I had my hair cut and colored and ended up with a massage and pedicure. What a treat. I have never felt so alive after leaving a salon.
Monique's is a must go to. I recommend anyone there. While I was there I think every staff member introduced themselves to me and made me feel so welcomed.
