This is my last choice for grocery stores to shop in for one simple reason. They don't care about their customers. Safeway is like any other big box store (though seafood quality here is not as good as QFC) but they don't think. For instance they often decide to switch registers around during peak hours when the lines are long. They are a good place to go for organic/vegetarian food if you in the suburbs with limited choice.
