I started receiving chiropractic adjustments from Cafe of Life 2 months ago and had started seeing some improvements in my mid-lower back area. I am at the computer all day so I am very sensitive to any changes in my posture and body position...with my adjustments I have been feeling less fatigued and feeling straighter. I just got off of the table getting an adjustment from Dr Shane this morning and it is like my body was 'reset' as I feel like a teen again - lots of energy - no pain - and I feel loose...I am really enjoying this process.
