We had arranged with the owner to have our daughter's post-graduation dinner/party right after the graduation ceremony. We called 2 weeks prior to this event to make sure that they can handle this with a guest count of 15 and starting after the graduation ceremony at about 10pm. The owner said that he would keep the restaurant open for us and provide a great place for this dinner/party. I called the day of the dinner/party at 10:30am to find out when I would bring by the decorations for the table. The managers on duty stated that they didn't know about this and that they would not stay open for us. They even asked if we could be there by 8:30pm but of course that would be impossible since a graduation ceremony of 790 students takes awhile to get through. They refused to call the owner. This left us stuck with trying to find somewhere else (which we couldn't at such a late date). We had to cancel the dinner/party and had a lot of disappointed friends and family.
