My experiences at the South campus (Federal Way) have all been very positive. Everyone there was nice and professional. If you want a stylist who is professional and talented, I highly recommend Berlin. To date she has cut and colored my hair twice and given me a perm. They have all turned out top notch and I am especially impressed with the perm. I have very fine hair and have had probably 30+ perms in my life. The perm Berlin gave me was, hands down, the BEST perm I have ever had. The products she recommends for my hair actually work and she doesn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. My hair looks better now than it ever has. I will continue to get my hair done at Gene Juarez but will follow Berlin once she graduates (11/2010).
