Central Catering catered my wedding and a friend's wedding, and we were both very happy with their services. Scheduling and planning was easy, because everything is clearly explained on their website and e-mails were answered promptly.
Their price was very fair, and they arrived, set up, and began serving on time. Menu options are simple Midwestern staples--probably best for more informal events. Overall the food was great, though I wouldn't recommend the fruit salad.
