I haven't had a lot of opportunities to use Troby's Maytag, the the couple of times I did, I received excellent service. I feel their prices are comparable to the larger 'box stores' in the metropolitan areas. I had mechanical problems with my washing machine and when I called to explain the problem, the clerk told me exactly how I could fix the problem and the part only cost me $14! I was prepared to buy a new washing machine; however, with their help was able to save hundreds of dollars. Now that's what I call service!

I love Margie's shop! This is a Hallmark store; however, it is a larger one. They have a wide variety of collectible items. Sometimes I just love to browse through the store to get gift ideas for friends. This is what I would call a "fun" store to shop. It's neat to just see what's on their shelves and to look at new items that arrive all the time. The customer service is wonderful and the clerks are more than willing to either help you find what you need or to hold your purchases until you are finished.

I've been getting my hare cut at this salon for a couple of years now. I am alway able to get an appointment right away and the place is always hopping. As far as I know, the same hair stylists have been there for years. I see the same happy repeat customers over and over and have never seen anyone unhappy with the service they have received. It is a relaxing atmosphere to get your hair done and you don't feel rushed.

I needed storage space recently while moving and opted for Harrisonville Mini Storage as I felt it was more secure with the gate that requires a code for entrance. I started out with a small rental; however, decided upon a larger one to hold all my stuff. The manager of the storage unit actually came out and helped me move my stuff! She is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy.

If they don't have something you are interested in, they will do everything they can to find either that piece or something similar. I really think the customer service is the best asset of this business!

I used Coffelt Land Title when closing on my real estate purchase. I felt they were very professional and handled things in a very expeditious manner. There were problems caused by my mortage holder during the closing, but Coffelt was still able to reschedule my closing quickly and get me into my new house. All contract wording was also explained in a clear manner and I left feeling very good about the transaction.

I chose American Heritage Realty to sell my house as they have a reputation as fair and honest. I believe that is hard to say for some realtors in today's times. My realtor explained all the contracts to me in a very clear manner and made it clear if I was not happy with her, I could terminate the contract any time. I just feel they are very honest and trustworthy for selling real estate.
