With a name like Lazy Donkey, it has to be good! A Carrollton exclusive, The Lazy Donkey has fabulous Mexican and Tex-Mex fare. Their chips and salsa are the best we have ever had. Don't forget to order the cheese dip. The fajitas are to die for. The service is wonderful most of the time. It is usually very crowded on a Friday and Saturday night, typical of a good restaurant, so get there early!
