I've spent hundreds of dollars at this toy store in the past, and I was in there one day finishing up some christmas shopping, with my two boys, 4 and 2. They made some messes, but I always picked them up, and I tried my hardest to keep up with them. I had some things on the counter to purchase, but was trying to make one last decision when the owner walks up to me and very hatefully says, "you need to keep up with them a little better, we're not a daycare" and walked away. I was stunned, and obviously gathered my kids and left without buying the aforementioned items. I wasn't at BC Clarks or Sax Fifth avenue, I was at a toy store! This is not a place I will ever return. Please think twice about spending your money here. Go to Lakeshore where their staff is friendly and helpful.
