Saigon Seafood Harbor Restaurant serves pretty good dimsum. The food is good, although a bit pricey as compared to dimsum you could get in bay area Chinatowns. Dimsum is available starting around 1130, which is a bit late for some. It gets busy even on weekdays, so parking is sometimes a problem. A good place to have lunch overall.
