I have been using Best Friends for about 3 or 4 years to board my dog, Tucker and I really have nothing negative to say about it. My dog loves it there and the staff really seems to love him as well - they always greet him by name and make a big fuss over him. It is never a problem to check him in - he always goes willingly so obviously this speaks volumes of the treatment he receives while there. The prices are reasonable as well. I recently boarded my dog at another kennel and Best Friends prices were much better. My only complaint is that there are no outdoor runs but the staff does walk him outside when needed. Overall, I am extremely happy with Best Friends and would highly recommend it!
