If you are looking for a dealership that is not always entirely honest, then look no further. I purchased a used car that they failed to disclose was a rental car. We later found out it was used in a drug smuggling operating... I kid you not. It was definitely a lemon.
I also have a friend who purchased a car from Rusty Eck -- they promised to perform repairs, but then backed out. She did not have it in writing, and was forced to hire an attorney to have the repairs carried out. I would stay away from Rusty Eck.
