I like this business because they give great service. I came here to check in my grandmother who was feeling ill. They treated her with the best care. Their facilities are first rate and the staff is very helpful and caring. I would recommend this hospital to others that live in the same area.

One of my relatives went to this ukulele school for a while and really enjoyed the lessons. Since she already got a kamaka ukulele from her relative she didn't need to purchase one. She performed in many ukulele concerts all over the island, especially at Kapiolani Park. Although she said the lessons were not that easy, she really learned a lot while she was at the ukulele studio. She went on to play another instrument but she never forgot how to play the ukulele.

When we stop through Kahala and visit the mall, we always stop by the Patisserie to order light, fluffy, and buttery croissants. Although it may not be good for my thighs, their butter croissants are out of this world. The also sell other pastries like muffins and donuts early in the morning. If you go a little later you might miss out on the really delicious pastries because it can get crowded. The prices are a bit high but thats what you can expect at a place that sells very delicious pastries.

Some times I'll stop at Leonard's Bakery to buy malasadas for my family. The light fluffy sugar donuts always hits the spot. I also buy Leonard's malasadas at the red and white stands at the large state fairs. You can always smell the malasadas cooking a mile away. Since we grew up eating this Portuguese treat, our family loves to eat them piping hot with sugar on them. There are other places that sell malasadas but they are not as good as Leonard's.

This has always been one of my favorite grocery stores. I shop at the different Foodland Super Markets around the island and especially in town. There is also a Foodland Super Market located at Ala Moana. The Foodland grocery stores are always neat and clean. The cashiers and associates are always friendly and helpful when you need assistance. The produce section is large with a lot of fresh mainland and local produce. The prices are moderate.

I went to this school from 5th to 6th grade and I really enjoyed this school. They have a variety of programs that include music and art. The students were well behaved and the teachers were always very nice. I remember that we went on a lot of field trips to places like Camp Erdman and Meadow Gold Dairies on the North Shore. I remember every year that we had a very good May Day program out in the open field and all of our parents would attend. The school grounds are very nice and well maintained.

Located on Kuakini Street, this bakery always wins my tastebuds over. I always come her for the donuts, ecclairs, and puff pastry. It has been her for a very long time so its not a fancy bakery...its just so popular. Many people come here from the neighbor islands to buy puff pastries and bring them home to their families and relatives. I just enjoy their pastries and friendly service. The prices are not as high as some of the other bakeries located in central Honolulu.

I always stop here to get a few pastries before I move over to Starbucks which is located right next store. Saint-Germain Bakery is new to the islands but their pastries are outstanding. I really enjoy their muffins and croissants in the morning to go with my Starbucks coffee. My daughter also enjoys ordering pastries for breakfast and just hanging out at Ala Moana Center. The prices are high I must admit, but the pastries are wonderful!

We always shop here for lunch or for Asian products because they have a lot of Asian products that you can't find at other stores. I really like their bentos which are very delicious for lunch and I also buy a lot of their freeze dried saimin bowls. I always look for their freeze dried (just add water) rice and meat meals which are quite good. Sometimes I buy donuts and other last minute items I need in their grocery and bakery departments.
