I was very surprised when I went to purchase, for cash, a CRV because my car was totaled 2.5 weeks ago. The salesperson spent the entire time telling me what a bummer "Cash for Clunkers" is, how he used to work at Office Depot and got no respect and wasn't allowed to help customer, and blah, blah, blah. I am still waiting for a call with a price quote, it's the 30th of the month, and I imagine they could use a sale. Very odd, given this economy, that he spent all this time talking about himself. BTW, I have no "cash for clunker," i have no car, and just need to buy one. They HAD a customer yesterday, but not today.
