Every person that walks in the door is greeted with Hey Paison! That begins the journey into feeling like family when you walk into this wonderful restaurant. Ronnie, the owner, was born and raised in Philly and moved here 8 years ago with his wife. He brought his home town with him in this place.
With a menu of sandwiches that will leave your mouth watering its impossible to go wrong with anything. The bread is baked fresh. The meat is authentic, the cheeses are amazing. The cannoli's? Well the menu reads, "you can go to heaven now." They definitely live up to their hype. Cheesecakes, Tastykake snacks, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tracks playing overhead and just the atmosphere of being back east, makes everything complete.
Anyone wanting a 'real' philly cheesesteak sandwich has got to come to Hey Paison! Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

There is a certain connotation to buffet food. There is a bad reputation for it. It's either not fresh or its too expensive for what you get. Well now there's Main. The sashimi is put out fresh as it is taken away. There is a good selection of rolls to choose from. The peach buns are too beautiful to eat. There's just an abundance of good eats all for a decent price. Lunch during the week will set you out around $9 and any other time is dinner price which is still reasonable at around $16. Warning: There can be long waits if you come at the peak of dinner time.

Definitely worth the price. The burgers are good sized. Definitely filling. Milkshakes are wonderful. Great selection of flavors too. Not many places you can get a good pineapple milkshake.
Highly recommended for all burger people. Good for kids too.. Bad: What's not to like? Small place. We came when it was not busy but if it was busy I'm sure it would fill up quick. Wish they had other locations.. Improvements: Maybe other location expansion. Other than that great place to eat.. Other: Right behind the 4th Ave Costco in SODO district..

Improvements: More non-sushi items are needed. Katsu or teriyaki or rice plates.. Other: Good start for a new place. Its a step up from Sushiland as far as price but not as expensive as Blue C..

Highly recommended.. Bad: Line was long but its worth it. Minimal table space but again worth it. take to go if need be.. Improvements: They have a good thing going. No need to improve.. Other: Be prepared to wait in line. Come hungry because you'll be filled up quick..

I had the Las Vegas Roll which was great. Very filling combo for $7 (avail weekdays for lunch). Bad: Its out of the way but if you're in the area why not.. Improvements: Expanded selections for lunch specials.. Other: The area is under developed. The shopping center is fairly new. There were only a few businesses there so its easy to miss..

Burgers can be customized with choice of meat: Dork burger = Duck/Pork, Churken = Turkey/Chicken. Cheese: 10+ different varieties.
Sauces: everything from regular ketchup, 7 pickle olive dill tartar or balsamic hoisin.
Toppings include: maple bacon, balsamic onions, red bell pepper relish.
Milkshakes galore including Nutella flavor.
Everyone's gotta try it.. Bad: Place is quite small. Only two long party tables with benches. Some outdoor seating but with the Seattle weather eh.. Improvements: Don't touch what works. Its already a good thing.. Other: service was exceptional. they made sure we were all getting what we needed and very attentive to customer service..
