Customer service is a priority at this store--and it is why I return time after time. Tim isn't just a good manager, he is outstanding. He has helped me on 3-4 occasions that come to mind. When I see him walking it is good to see him smiling all the time. With rental homes and a propensity to buy older homes ourselves, we are frequent customers. Actually today I set out to find wood trim profiles on the website, but I saw this link and realized in times like this when jobs are at risk everywhere, that I want to make sure I make a plug for a store and manager that I think is doing a lot of the right things. thank you for being in our neighborhood !
