Curves has really taken off! I love the concept. You go in a rotation of working on muscle tone for 30 seconds and then aerobic exercise for 30 seconds and you do this rotation for 30 minutes. It is all women so you don't have to worry about the opposite sex. It never gets boring as there are other women to chat with and you are rotating so frequently. I love it! more
