Lynn Hennessy Insurance is good. The service isn't bad and some of the employees are very nice. But frequently they appear to be too busy or rushed. In doing so, they occasionally overlook tickler items to follow up on. The product is good and overall, the service isn't bad at all. They do know their stuff. And because they are State Farm and udnerwritten by such a large reputable company, they are reliable.
