I have had 4 rock chips repaired; two at where i work, and two at their shop. Both times at the shop they did them right away. I waited in a nice cool office on a hot day. The staff was friendly and polite and gave me a complementary bottle of water. They did all the insurance paper work. It was a great experience and I will defiantly go back.
