DO NOT TRUST. Owner refused to take my dog in because he "Didn't like the way it looks" (What?!), which would have left me and my wife stranded for our vacation weekend (eventually found another kennel). When I told him we had reservations weeks ahead and this was not professional at all, he got really angry and yelled "I OWN THIS PLACE, I CAN DO WHAT I WANT!". He then got more and more angry and proceeded to walk in a circle, shove his rotten teeth in our faces and repeatedly yell that "nobody tells me what to do, I own this place!". The owner has clear anger management issues, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he beats his dog (let alone someone else's dog). Don't take your pet there.
