The receptionist gave me an estimate that was incredibly high in comparison to the price chart I was given by my insurance provider. I checked the price codes the receptionist gave me against the codes given to me by my insurance company and found out she was charging me about 40% over what she should have charged according to the price chart I was given. She was rude and unfriendly when I approached her about it and acted like she didn't care that she had lost my business due to her dishonesty. She admitted to over-charging me and didn't feel bad about it at all. This appointment was a complete waste of my valuable time and money. The X-Rays were a joke (very low quality and unprofessional). I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.
