Not only did my physical therapist go "rogue" (he was supposed to be concentrating on core strengthening and for some reason had me doing arm exercises and other totally unrelated nonsense that was wasting my time and not helping me get any better, according to both my physiatrist and subsequent PT), but the physical plant is unpleasant -- not particularly clean, no shower facilities, tiny training/therapy space with old equipment and an inadequate number of stations, so therapists kept bumping heads. And if you had a complaint, the owners refused to speak with you directly. My next facility proved to be far better, both in terms of physical plant and staff, and that is where I finally started to get well and strong.
