Ordered a pair of Demo (high end) binoculars, and, of course, concerned that they would look pretty awful (happened with another dealer). But after talking with one of the Camera Land folks, I felt assured all would be well. Well- it was perfect. Service just as described, product looking as new as possible, in spite of Demo description, and price significantly less than the usual fair trade list.
In summary, I had a perfect Camera Land experience. And I will shop there again.
