They mess your hair up and then you go back to get it fixed and they charge you another $70 to make your hair one solid color because they messed it up so bad. It's all about if they know you outside of their work area, of course they are polite to people that they know, but if your just a "customer" they could care less what your needs are. I was a customer for a few years and after then messing it up/ over charging me this past time, I refuse to go back!!
