My fiancé purchased my Verragio engagement ring from this business last summer. He ordered the wrong size. When we went back to have the jeweler resize my ring, she did it incorrectly. Now, we have to pay Verragio yet again to have them fix Emerald Lady's mistake. I do not recommend this business.
