I moved to Grants Pass from out of state, and only moved into Riverwood based on the suggestion of someone who lived in Roseburg, and had little experience with the complex. I just have to say they are very unprofessional, not just the front office staff, but also the maintenance staff. After dealing with Maintenance one time I decided not to call when I had future issues and just fix things myself, it was so unpleasant to work with them. Also when I dealt with Maintenance, they let it slip to me that they were going to take a week to fix my appliance because they had to bring every apartment up to earthquake code by strapping down water heaters, and the only reason they were doing it was because the complex is being sold. I am just a little upset that any complex can rent to tenants and not be up to code. Another time they gave my apartment an eviction notice, when we had paid rent and when we went to talk to the front office, they had credited our rent payment to the wrong account. Along with this the office hours are terrible, and the staff is extremely unprofessional. I suggest keeping making this your last resort when you are looking for apartments.
