And if, after reading up on it, you STILL buy an Outback, DO NOT TAKE IT TO GRAYSON FOR SERVICE.
Three times in a row I was there. Each time they told me i needed over a thousand dollars work done.
They constantly push for the "up-sell." The profits in selling cars have dropped in recent years. Dealerships made little profit on selling cars. They are now making it up in the service departments. This place is the worst. I would not trust them.
