I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I called the day before her birthday and asked for delivery on her birthday. They were delivered that day rather than on her birthday, strike one. The women on the phone couldn't understand me unless I spoke very slow and spelled out everything (we both spoke English). She spelled my husband's name wrong on the card, strike two (for the overall phone conversation). When I told her what kind of flowers I wanted, I said a $50 bouquet of bright and colorful flowers. When I finally saw the bouquet, I was very disappointed. The bouquet is 12" tall and is mums, daisys and alstroemerias, nothing adding up to $50. No roses, Gerberas, Stargazer lilies or other higher grade flowers, strike three. I am very unimpressed with my whole experience and purchase. I was not offered a refund when I voiced my complaints to the shop, either. I will not be returning to this florist. more
