Although quick to respond and out the next morning, now I understand why. They don't want any suckers to get away! On a 7 year old AC unit, they replaced a motor run capacitor for the second time. (Yes, first out of warranty.) Service visit $129, part (easily available online for $20 and less) charged $212!!! COMPLETE RIPOFF!
