About 2 months ago, I booked my daughter s 5th birthday party for September 2012 at Little Chefs in Syosset. They just informed me that the owner decided to close down this location and the only thing they could do for me is to move my party to Port Washington! The owner told me I can come today to take a look at the location and discuss it with her today so I drove there with 3 kids (took me an hour) and she had already left!!! I am furious. The Port Washington store looked disgusting anyway and was an hour away so I will not be having my daughter s party there. I could not even imagine dealing with these people. The workers looked like they were about to fall on their faces. Horrible!!!
