So, I frequent this particular Hardee's as it is the only one around that is open on my way to work. Until recently I had few complaints with the overall experience at this location. The tea is rarely drinkable which is a big negative. However, my biscuits are sufficiently tasty the majority of the time. Service is usually prompt and lines dwindle quickly. However, this morning I stopped at this Hardee's and there was one vehicle in front of me who waited for 7 minutes that I observed,, probably longer since he was there before I was, and he left because no one waited on him. I pulled up to where you order and I waited myself for another 5 minutes before having my order taken. The person taking my order apologized but their voice was shaken and they spoke with a slur. They took my order and Stammered when repeatedly repeating the order to me as their outside screen is broken. I pulled around and my order was $5.26 and I gave $6.00 even. The guy was visibly shaken and swearing profusely. He was flying around everywhere. He took the $6.00 and looked at his screen then at his drawer then back at the screen and repeated this process at least 4 times before picking up two rolls of change and beating them against his drawer. He then yells at another employee, while throwing the rolls of change into the drawer unopened still, and screams jimmy, jimmy, jimmy, at the other employee whos name must be jimmy that he has to get change. Jimmy is nice and gives me my tea and returns to work after saying I think they let something loose in here. The guy walked as if he were intoxicated by something to the counter that had change below it in a safe. He worked with the safe for a good few minutes before opening it and then tells jimmy jimmy jimmy and throws his headset off and tells jimmy to take this, referring to the headset. Jimmy is too busy serving people inside to comply with his demands but does find time to make it back to me after a few more minutes while the other guy is still messing with the safe and jimmy apologizes
