I had a very frustrated day today---one of the A/C units in my house doesn’t work at all after the tech (Tony) added 2 lbs. of Freon to it. The A/C unit was continuing running 6 hours, but the temperature in the house didn’t drop even 1? F. Finally, Pete came to my house and solved the problem in less than 1 hour. He is very nice and has explained the problem to me. He is a very good technician and I am very satisfied with his work. I wish Tony can learn Pete’s good working attitude and techniques and become a qualified technician.
