We scheduled Hutchinson to come out and repair our sewer vent, because we were selling our home in a week's time. Due to scheduling mishaps on the part of Hutchinson, they readily refunded my $100 quote fee from the cost of the repair. The supervisor was so helpful, and when Adam M. arrived to repair the vent he couldn't apologize enough. He was meticulous not to mess up our newly done landscaping, and finished in under the time he had originally stated. Adam M. had to be the most pleasant service man we have ever encountered. We will continue to use Hutchinson because their service is great, they acknowledge errors on their part and they fix them to make sure the customer is left happy. Thanks guys!
