We had multiple properties with them, and went through atleast 3 different installs at 3 different locations. Early on it seemed we got lucky with the right Techs, but as a few years progressed we began seeing numerous problems and errors with what we thought were corrected problems, and really were just basically lazy craftmanship. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and they are not holding up high enough standards to get what they are asking for. On top of that, since we had numerous properties, I would receive no less than 5-10 phone calls a month trying to sell me additonal maint. agreements. With shady tactics, "we have an opening to schedule your maint this week"....I said which property they say XXXX Rd. Well we don't have a maint. agreement there mam? the response "well we are running a special now...." so if i had not asked and assumed they meant one of my maint. agreed props, they would have gone out and hit me with a bill for it. This happened numerous times, until I finally had enough and said remove me from your call list I am transferring all of our properties to another local company. more
