Ended up buying an Impala form Walser in Bloomington and the purchasing wasn't a bad experience but isn't worth talking up by no means. The car was priced decent they were money under the competition. But after buying the car and getting it home and putting it under better lighting I discovered a dent on hood of the car, should be no big deal considering the size of Walser and the fact that they staff detailing people. So I called them up and had them take a look at it and they told me tough #$%* there was no way they are fixing it. It would of been nice to have this defect pointed out or at the least having it noted on the paperwork. So basically the few hundred bucks I saved off of their vehicle price is now going to be put towards body work at my expense. Nice customer service right???? I can honestly say 'I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY MORE VEHICLES FROM WALSER!!!!'
