Funny, same thing happen to my 19 yr old teenager. she took her car there and was giving a $800 quote to rebuild a transmission and "maybe Little bit more" depending on the severity. The quote was from the manager Richard!! he called her the next day and said it was going to be $3200!! When she told him to wait to discuss it with her parents he told her the work was already started. He is a liar, untrustworthy and a rip off!! dont go there, give some that is honest your hard eanred money!
