Farid Nau, the owner, is very mean to the kids (when the parents aren't around) and she sleeps on the couch all day when she should be watching the kids. Farid eats the snacks that the parents bring in for their kids. She eats the snacks right in front of the kids too when the kids ask for food.... My kids were begging for food and she would not feed them or give them a drink. This is not a safe loving environment and I am shocked that this woman is operating a child care business out of her home when she doesn't even watch the kids!!!! My kids told me and my husband that Farid puts them in her back yard and then she goes back in her house and falls asleep on the couch. Not a good place for any child.
