The carpet that we paid for and had installed was NOT the quality level we were led to believe it was. It is less than 2 years old and we are going to get rid of it totally. Should have gone to Lowe's as planned - but we were sold a bill of goods by these people. This wasn't bait and switch, this was pure intentional misrepresentation.
