If you like being herded around like hungry cattle, being completely stressed out when you eat, and tacky decor, go to Adelphia for their Sunday brunch.
The restaurant was huge, and we could barely get through anywhere. Everyone is standing around like idiots at the brunch buffet saying 'where do we go'? 'Where do we get the plates?' Where does the line start?' The truth is I STILL don't know the answers to these questions because Adelphia gives no direction whatsoever. No signs differentiating where the lunch bar and the breakfast bar is, no indication where to stand-no nothing. I felt like it was some kind of evil human experimentation science project.
Don't get me started on the people there who were going to a baby shower and trying to carry a baby stroller wrapped up through the heaving mass of people.
After our brunch experience, I was physically exhausted. It peeves me to think about the $15.95 Adelphia was making per head from the hundreds of people in there that had to fight the crowds for each mediocre bite of food. SHAME on you, Adelphia.
