I took my 97 vw jetta in to have a freeze plug replaced, not only did they replace the freeze plug they also found out where a vacume leak was coming from. I also knew prior to taking my car there something was seriously wrong because my car had been over reving. I had thought it was my transmission because I had taken my car to amco and they told me it was caused by a leak I had in my transmission and it needed to be pulled and resealed and it would cost a minimum of 700.00. Apex found that it was my clutch that was the problem and they took the time to explain to me what was happening so I could understand it. When they were replacing my clutch and had the transmission out they inspected my transmision and to my surprise there was no leaks and nothing wrong with my transmision. My car runs fantastic now and I couldn't be a happier customer. I have never recieved such amazing customer service from an auto place that I have take my car to then I did at Apex. I am very greatfull that Apex is here. They now have a life long customer and I would recommend anyone I know family and friends to go to Apex. They'll take care of you or sure without any hassel.
