I stayed here because I'd played a show in Fayetteville at the Rock Shop. It was affordable, comfortable and close to 95. Not luxurious, but clean and functional enough to meet my needs. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. No bed bugs, roaches or other nasty critters to report. Fridge worked, AC worked. Shower had water left in it upon check-in - kind of gross - but no further issues were encountered. I didn't feel unsafe at any time. They offered free breakfast, even though there was a Waffle House pretty much on site. Pool appeared to be great and I wish I'd had time to use it.
